Nippatu Settu, a starter which is a must try, Crispy canape with a mixture of beetroot and carrot.
Kongu Yeral Varuval is a must for sea food lovers. Simple dish made with prawns and turmeric paste. Nice crisp prawns with a kick of turmeric and chilli powder.
Neikkarapatti Narukattu gola urundai, the presentation of the dish was outstanding. The dish had the sweetness of the caramelized onions and the texture of Mutton Kheema. It’s a delicacy which should be enjoyed when you visit Savya Rasa.
Vellai Kozhi Kozhumbu, a creamy chicken curry make with coconut. A must have as your taste buds will ask for more after the first bite.
Beniyan with Palani Panchamirtham. Beniyan is a flaky puri coated with powder sugar served with Palani Panchamirtham an offering given at the temples .
The Chefs have really gone out of the way and researched the cuisine which they wanted to showcase in the festival , they are serving an extensive menu with almost 52 dishes.
A special menu with some more dishes known as the best of Savya Rasa will too be included in the festival.
