To ‘unwind’ literally means to relax, to loosen up, to rejuvenate. This magical word can mean so many different things to different people. For some it may mean being in nature, the mountains, the sea, and the greenery. For others it can be a scrumptious meal, a few glasses of wine, live music to groove to and the company of their close comrades. Some may prefer to unwind with refreshing cocktails, being outdoors, watching the sunset or dancing to some energetic music. And then there are the underground music aficionados, who need to release all that pent-up energy unwinding on the dance floor, echoing the name of their favorite artists and letting the music take complete control.

Since we decided to call our property ‘Unwind’, we wanted to let people explore and indulge in how they would like to Unwind.

Located in Koregaon Park, the heart of this youthful city, Unwind serves as a rendezvous point for Pune’s people and provides them with the ingredients essential to planning a delicious meal in the day, a pleasant evening or even a great night out.

The property spread across 14,000 square feet is home to a lively bistro, a versatile alfresco and a state of the art lounge.

The 60-seater bistro provides an ideal ambiance for an early breakfast, brunch or an evening out with your friends, cracking open a few cold ones, engaging in friendly banter and tapping your feet to jazz and soulful live acoustic music whilst enjoying both the depth and diversity of comfort food, with trending ingredients, dishes and favorites from across Europe, Asia and India with a nice selection of beers and wines at the bar. Some of the signature dishes here are Braised Chicken and Bamboo Shoot which is chicken cooked in its jus, with bamboo shoot and pok-choy, Barbados Ke Jhinge prawns marinated with Caribbean Malibu Rum, Jerk spice, saffron and hung curd, Yangrou which are lamb skewers with soy sauce, ginger, cumin and honey. The bistro doubles up as an intellectual salon where people come not only to revel in merry-making, but to also engage in spirited conversations.

The beauty of the outdoor arena or the alfresco lies in its Balinese décor and the multitude of purposes it can serve. This 114-seater section has all the prerequisites for hosting sundowners where people can groove to the tunes of mavericks who play new and experimental genres of electronic and live music be it commercial, hip-hop, ambient house, down-tempo chill-out music, drum and bass. The alfresco has a stage for live gigs, an outdoor bar and a relaxed seating area. Starting your evenings early dancing and making memories is what this place is all about.

The cuisine here is a mix of Asian and Indian with interesting dishes such as Indo Thai Seekh, Milky and Pinky which is milk poached squid with asparagus and a grilled salmon, with a spicy chili dressing, the Dum Pot Biryanis and many others.

Finally, the lounge will house the music, dance and nightlife enthusiasts for whom the night is all about the experience. This space can accommodate up to 300 people.

The lounge is equipped with top quality sound, mood lighting, and visual aids to ensure that the artists have the infrastructure required to deliver an exhilarating lounge experience. The lounge will host some of pioneering names across the diverse genres of dance music such as commercial, hip-hop, techno, progressive tech, tech house, drum and bass, deep house, progressive house, nu-disco and more. The glowing bar at the lounge adds to the extraordinary vibe of this space. The menu here largely has bar bites featuring some delectable appetizers such as Jack Fruit Croquettes, Shrimp Cheese Bombs, Cha Co Chetty Fish, etc. The beverages will be specially curated with fresh seasonal produce and specially sourced spirits.
